Faun Pharma is a trusted manufacturer of dietary supplements in the form of tablets, hard capsules, powders in sachets, and bottled oils. We operate exclusively as a contract manufacturer and do not have any brands of our own.

Faun Pharma AS has roots dating back to 2001, when the company’s founders began contract manufacturing dietary supplements.

Since 2014, Faun Pharma has been owned by Zinzino AB, a global direct sales company. Since the acquisition, the company has undergone extensive development, with significant investments in modernization, expertise, quality management systems, and production processes.

Today, Faun Pharma is a modern and efficient contract manufacturer with high quality standards and extensive manufacturing expertise. We are proud of our skilled employees, long-standing customer relationships, and a business characterized by continuous development and growth.

CERTIFICATIONS & POLICY

Faun Pharma is certified in accordance with FSSC 22000, an internationally recognized standard for food safety management. The certification demonstrates that we take a systematic approach to quality and food safety throughout the entire production process, and that our procedures and management systems meet stringent requirements for safe and reliable production.

TRANSPARANCY ACT

Faun is subject to the Norwegian Transparency Act and works closely with our suppliers and business partners to implement effective measures and drive continuous improvement. Faun does not accept suppliers, customers, or other business partners that fail to respect, or actively prevent the protection of, fundamental human rights. Furthermore, the company is certified in accordance with FSSC 22000 (food safety), which requires due diligence assessments of suppliers.

Our due diligence process includes:

All suppliers are registered, evaluated, and approved in the company’s quality management system before they are used. The evaluation covers food safety, delivery performance, as well as the supplier’s social and environmental responsibility.
Suppliers are audited regularly, with the frequency determined by the risk assessment of each individual supplier and the criticality of the goods or services they provide to Faun’s operations.

RESPONSIBLE CONSUMPTION AND PRODUCTION

Faun is committed to responsible production by using our resources wisely and continuously working to reduce our environmental footprint. We therefore establish annual action plans aimed at reducing the environmental impact of our operations. These plans are aligned with Faun’s overall sustainability goals:

Offer and facilitate the use of more sustainable product packaging for our customers.
Reduce the total amount of waste generated.
Increase the proportion of waste that is sorted for recycling, ensuring that the company complies with applicable EU regulatory requirements at all times.
